How To Use

Make sure skin is dry and product-free on the area you'll be sticking the pad to. Remove silicone pad from package and gently remove plastic film from pad. Apply evenly to your chest area with the self-adhesive side down. Leave on while you sleep. In the morning, gently remove pad and stick it, adhesive side down, on the plastic packaging it came in.
